Hello! My name is Sarah Madia and I am a full-time realtor with RE/MAX Select Realty.
I worked as a free-lance graphic and web designer for many years prior to transitioning into real estate. My background in design has helped me assist numerous clients to help make their homes shine when coming to market!
I have a niche with working with developers in regards to marketing their renovation and new construction projects. I’ve lost count, but I’ve been thankful to represent over 50 new construction homes and numerous renovations for sale throughout the Pittsburgh area.
I also have helped numerous buyers with acquiring various types of properties including existing homes, new construction, renovated homes, land, and more.
I have helped clients buy and sell all different types of properties from gutted houses to 100 year old homes to brand new custom luxury houses!
I currently live in Lawrenceville and enjoy the energy the city offers. I enjoy riding the rails to trails on my bicycle, attending art gallery crawls, and bonfires in my back yard. I come from a family of builders and real estate agents. My father has been building with his company, Madia Homes, for over 40 years! I built my house in Lawrenceville which has helped me when working with developers building in the city to have a first-hand experience with the process in regards to in-fill design and build.
I grew up in the North Hills of Pittsburgh and can often be found at our RE/MAX Select Realty offices in East Liberty and in McCandless.
